This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding contract between you (the "Licensee") and Rovaflow (co-engineered and represented by our infrastructure developers at Xpert Mania). This agreement governs your download, installation, activation, execution, and local operation of the Rovaflow Automation applications, local device syncer modules, and network proxy relay bundles.
By executing our installer binary or inputting a subscription key inside our validation prompts, you confirm your absolute, unconditional agreement to all terms outlined within this EULA and our Terms of Service.
The compiled binaries of Rovaflow represent trade secrets and high-investment architectural design. You are granted strictly an execution license. You represent, warrant, and covenant that you will not, nor permit any affiliate or contractor to:
- Zero Binary Extraction: Run decompilation engines or assemblies (including but not limited to **dnSpy**, **IDA Pro**, **Ghidra**, **x64dbg**, **Cheat Engine**, or **ILSpy**) to inspect memory structures, rebuild assembly listings, or extract bytecode.
- No Licensing Key Bypass: Alter, hex edit, or modify any binary headers, jump instructions, or cryptographic handshake checks inside our client application designed to authorize seat execution.
- No Local File Interception: Inject local dynamic link libraries (DLLs), execute memory hooking injections, or hook systems to intercept runtime memory strings or variables containing license configurations.
Anti-Piracy Warning: The software contains real-time integrity sweeps and debugger trap alerts. If an active debugger, hex manipulation, or hooks are identified at runtime, the application will terminate immediately, report the attack payload, and revoke your license permanently.
To run synchronization schedules, coordinate connected hardware nodes, and block illicit license leaks across concurrent machine builds, Rovaflow gathers specific hardware structures from your system:
- Consented Information: By checking the EULA consent checkbox at activation, you grant **explicit consent** for our native client to query your local system's: (a) CPU serial and model, (b) motherboard GUID and serial numbers, (c) active RAM layout size, and (d) primary disk volume ID.
- One-Way Hash Generation: These hardware structures are processed locally through one-way cryptographic SHA-256 algorithms. This generates your local Hardware Identifier (HWID). The cleartext properties are never transmitted, leaving your raw system specs anonymous.
- Active Monitoring Logs: Licensing networks track which keys connect from which hashed HWIDs, public IPs, and ports to protect seat ceilings. You agree to this monitoring as a condition of licensing.
Each active subscription plan enforces a strict numerical ceiling representing connected device nodes (e.g., phone rigs, automated profiles). The Licensee agrees to the following virtualization policies:
- VM Hardware Boundaries: If you run Rovaflow inside virtual environments (including VirtualBox, VMware, Hyper-V, or Windows Sandbox), each isolated VM instance registers its own virtual HWID and counts as an active license seat.
- Deconstruct Anti-Cheat: Spawning multiple VM snapshots or configuring dynamic hardware spoofs to bypass slot checks will trigger an automatic abuse flag on our authentication server.
- Proxy Binding Responsibilities: The Licensee is 100% responsible for binding proxy networks and managing localized task velocities within third-party network guidelines. Rovaflow does not override proxy quality blocks or sandbox limits enforced by target apps.
This license agreement takes effect the moment you run Rovaflow or activate your license string. It remains active unless terminated by us due to a terms breach or payment default:
- Automated Revocation: Rovaflow reserves the absolute right to automatically destroy or revoke active license keys, disable linked customer portal credentials, and ban associated HWID hashes from our database if system telemetry confirms structural tampering or license crack attempts.
- Local Cleanup Commitments: Upon EULA termination, you must immediately halt all execution of the software, terminate any background sync engines, and delete all Rovaflow binary files, scripts, and libraries from your host storage units.
- Civil Protection Rights: We reserve the right to pursue full civil litigation and statutory damages in coordinates with global copyright enforcement networks for intellectual property theft, commercial brand damage, or software distribution fraud.
